Click & Collect — Christchurch

We offer a contactless Click & Collect service from our warehouse in Addington, Christchurch.

How it works

Place your order online and select the Click & Collect checkbox at checkout.
Our team pick and pack your order in the order it is received. We aim to pack the same day, but during busy periods it may take up to two working days.
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready for collection.
Collect your order Monday–Friday between 8:30 am and 3:45 pm (or as indicated in your email). Please bring photo ID or your order confirmation email to verify collection.

Where do I collect?

Visit us at 5 Vanadium Place, Middleton, Christchurch 8025. We’re behind Addington Raceway, off the Birmingham Drive and Matipo Street roundabout.

Please collect from the door on the right side of the building labelled “CLICK & COLLECT”.

When can I collect?

You’ll be emailed when your order is ready. Unless we note otherwise in that email, collection hours are Monday–Friday between 8:30 am and 3:45 pm.

What should I bring?

Please bring either photo ID or a copy of your Order Confirmation email so we can hand over the correct parcel.

Outside Christchurch?

Click & Collect is available only in Christchurch at this stage. If you’re elsewhere in New Zealand, please opt for delivery — orders over $100 qualify for free NZ shipping.
