NZ Post will never ask for payment for a misaddressed parcel, and we will never request personal information such as usernames, credit card numbers or passwords by email.
Shipping & couriers
Where does Linden Leaves ship from?
All Linden Leaves online orders are dispatched from our Christchurch warehouse in New Zealand.
We proudly formulate, manufacture and distribute our products from New Zealand, where we’ve been creating natural skincare and wellbeing products since 1995.
Which courier does Linden Leaves use?
New Zealand orders are shipped with NZ Post.
For Australian and international orders, we use trusted courier and postal partners depending on the destination and delivery service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Linden Leaves ships to many destinations around the world. Shipping options and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Delivery timeframes
How long does delivery take within New Zealand?
Most New Zealand orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery is free to urban addresses for orders over $150; a $8.50 fee applies to orders under this amount.
Orders placed in the morning are usually packed and dispatched the same business day. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, promotional periods and peak shopping seasons.
What if I live at a rural (RD) address?
Delivery to rural addresses generally takes a little longer than standard urban delivery — please allow an additional 1–2 days. A $8.50 rural delivery fee applies to all rural orders.
The exact timing depends on your local rural delivery schedule and location.
How long does delivery take to Australia?
Most Australian orders arrive within 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local carrier networks. Metropolitan areas are typically faster than regional locations.
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times for destinations outside New Zealand and Australia vary depending on the country and local customs processes. As a guide, most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, weather events or other factors outside our control.
Tracking & delivery details
Does Linden Leaves offer order tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Simply click the tracking link to view your parcel’s latest delivery updates.
Can Linden Leaves deliver to a PO Box?
Yes. We can deliver to PO Box addresses where supported by the selected delivery service. Simply enter your PO Box details during checkout.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Absolutely. You can enter separate billing and delivery addresses when placing your order. This is ideal if you’d like your order delivered to your workplace, holiday accommodation, or a family member or friend.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, however occasional delays can occur. Before contacting us, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Allow extra time for rural deliveries
- Allow additional time during public holidays and peak shopping periods
- For international orders, allow for possible customs processing delays
If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has stopped updating, please contact our customer care team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Gifts & international orders
Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address during checkout and we’ll send your gift directly to them.
Select the gift wrap option at checkout if you’d like us to wrap your selection. We can also handwrite a card — include your message with your order confirmation number and we’ll tuck it inside.
Will the recipient see what I paid?
No. We do not include invoices, receipts or pricing information inside our parcels. Order confirmations and payment details are sent electronically to the purchaser via email only, so your gift recipient won’t see how much you spent.
International customers please note: we are required to declare product values for international shipments, including gift orders, as part of customs requirements.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, import charges or processing fees depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price charged by Linden Leaves.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Please see our Click & Collect page for information on placing and collecting in-store orders.
What packaging does Linden Leaves use?
We take care of the planet just as much as we care for your skin. Our bags and boxes are made from compostable or recyclable materials, and parcels are cushioned with pop starch — a better choice for the environment.
Pop starch is non toxic, dissolves completely in water, and can be composted, reused, or added to general waste. It is made in New Zealand from renewable plant starches and contains no nasties.
