Delivery
Online orders are delivered via our courier service partners from our Christchurch warehouse.
You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as it is picked and packed — usually the same or next business day — ready for courier collection. Tracking advice is emailed once your parcel is collected so you can follow its progress.
Separate rates and conditions apply for international, New Zealand residential and rural deliveries. Please contact our dispatch team if you have any delivery questions.
Received a suspicious text or email from NZ Post?
NZ Post will never ask for payment for a misaddressed parcel, and we will never request personal information such as usernames, credit card numbers or passwords by email.
New Zealand deliveries
Delivery is free to urban New Zealand addresses for orders over $100. A $8.50 delivery fee applies to orders under this amount and to all rural deliveries.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days nationwide, plus an additional 1–2 days for Rural Delivery.
International deliveries
International orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours via your selected courier service. Pricing is calculated by destination, product weight and service selection and can be reviewed at checkout before payment.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the service selected. Tracking advice is emailed once the courier collects your parcel.
International customers please note: your order may be subject to import duties or taxes in your destination country. These charges are the purchaser’s responsibility and may be applied intermittently by local customs authorities.
Gift deliveries
You can send your gift directly to the recipient. Provide your billing address for invoicing, then add the delivery address for the parcel.
Select the gift wrap option at checkout if you would like us to wrap your selection. We can also handwrite a card — include your message with the order confirmation number and we’ll tuck it inside.
International customers please note: we are required to declare product values for international shipping, including gift orders.

Packaging
We take care of the planet just as much as we care for your skin. Our bags and boxes are made from compostable or recyclable materials, and parcels are cushioned with pop starch — a better choice for the environment.
Pop starch is non toxic, dissolves completely in water, and can be composted, reused, or added to general waste. It is made in New Zealand from renewable plant starches and contains no nasties.
