By using our Services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on our Sites.

Special offers
We run promotions in good faith to add fun and delight to your shopping experience. To keep expectations clear, the following base terms apply to all offers unless otherwise specified:
- Offers are available while stocks last on qualifying orders.
- Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, gift offers or loyalty redemptions.
- Gift cards are excluded from promotions.
- Orders must meet any stated minimum spend before shipping and GST.
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout; we donβt apply them retrospectively.
Gift with Purchase
Gift available while stocks last on qualifying orders. One gift per customer. Fragrance/product type may change without notice. To qualify, orders must meet the specified value before shipping and GST, and cannot include sale or discounted products. Gift card purchases and loyalty redemptions are excluded.
Discount offers
Discount applies to qualifying orders during the promotion period (with code if applicable). Orders placed without the code cannot be adjusted later. Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, gift offers, or loyalty redemptions. Gift cards are excluded.
Gift dollar offers
Gift dollar voucher codes may be used once per customer. Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty redemptions. Gift cards are excluded.
Free product offers
Free items are available while stocks last on qualifying orders. To qualify, orders must meet the stated minimum spend before shipping and GST, exclude sale items, and cannot include loyalty redemptions. Gift cards are excluded.
General website terms
Our Sites provide general information about Linden Leaves products and services. Content is provided on an βas isβ basis without warranty. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, add to or discontinue the Sites, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Sites available but are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, equipment malfunction, or other reasons. We are not liable for viruses or other harmful components you acquire from the Sites.
You may be exposed to user-generated content that is inaccurate or objectionable; we assume no responsibility for such content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linden Leaves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, nor loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your access or use (or inability to use) the Sites or Services. Linden Leavesβ aggregate liability shall not exceed NZD $100.
Governing law & jurisdiction
Linden Leaves Ltd is a New Zealand company operating under New Zealand law. Please contact us first to attempt to resolve any disputes. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of New Zealand, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
General
Linden Leaves controls and operates the Sites from New Zealand. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including export/import regulations in your country.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Linden Leaves regarding the Sites and Services and supersede all prior agreements.
