Linden Leaves, a leading New Zealand-made beauty and wellness brand, is seeking a Sales and Trade Marketing Manager to drive growth, build relationships and supporting our retail and corporate partners to amplify our brand nationally.

About the Role
This dynamic role blends a core focus on sales with trade marketing, events, and corporate sales responsibilities. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where a well-organised, energetic, and detail-oriented team member can truly excel and make an impact.
You’ll work closely with our small, collaborative team to support the retail network with sales-driven digital materials and marketing activations. You’ll also contribute to creating seamless campaigns across existing and new retail partnerships.
Looking ahead, this role offers the potential to expand into handling Australian accounts, further building your portfolio and contributing to Linden Leaves’ international growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Manage relationships with key retail accounts, corporate clients, and distributors.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in New Zealand and beyond.
- Trade Marketing & Activation:
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to support the retail network.
- Organise events and activations that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Collaborate on marketing collateral and retail materials aligned with sales strategies.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on sales-related campaigns and materials.
- Contribute to the development of in-store displays, promotions, and events.
- Align with the broader team to deliver consistent messaging and a strong brand presence.
- Future Growth:
- Potential to take on Australian account management as the role evolves.
About You:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual with:
- Proven Sales Experience: Track record of success in sales, trade marketing, or related fields.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and implement effective growth strategies.
- Event and Activation Skills: Experience organising corporate sales initiatives, trade activations, or events.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities, including potential management of Australian accounts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners and clients.

Location:
This role is based in Auckland with some travel required for client and retail engagement.
