We are currently experiencing a significantly increased number of online orders and service enquiries. Here’s a quick update to let you know about our current service levels so that you know what to expect.
Our warehouse team is busy safely packing and dispatching incoming orders every weekday. At present orders are generally being dispatched the same or following day after you place your order. Because our couriers are collecting earlier than usual (at around 1:30pm) orders placed in the afternoon will usually be collected the following day. When demand is especially high it may be the day after.
For New Zealand deliveries, please allow an extra 5-10 working days for delivery after dispatch as our courier partners are unusually busy and dealing with a high volume of parcels. Tracking updates may also take longer than usual to update, including the initial scan into the courier systems.
For overseas customers, please be aware that due to the reduced volume of flights leaving New Zealand there is less freight availability. This space is in high demand and due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many orders are being queued at the departure airport or point of arrival at their destination. International orders may be delayed an additional 10-25 days, depending on the destination. We are sorry for the inconvenience and suggest you only order products which will not cause too much disappointment if delivery is delayed.
