Delivery
Online orders are delivered via our courier service partners from our Christchurch warehouse.
You should receive a email confirming your order has been received by us and we endeavour to pick and pack your order as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day, ready for courier collection.
Tracking advice is emailed once the courier collects your order so you can track its progress.
Separate rates and conditions apply for International, New Zealand residential and rural deliveries.

New Zealand deliveries
Delivery is free to urban New Zealand addresses for orders over $100 and there is a $8.50 delivery fee for orders less than this. An $8.50 delivery fee applies to all rural deliveries.
Your delivery time may vary depending on your location. Our standard New Zealand service is 2-3 business days, with an additional 1-2 days for Rural Delivery.
International deliveries
COVID-19 Update: Please note we’re currently experiencing delays for international deliveries due to lack of flights to and from New Zealand.
International orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by your selected courier service. Pricing is calculated by destination, product weight and service selection. You can review this fee once you have chosen your items, before completing check out.

International customers please note: your order may be subject to import fees or duties levied by your country, additional to your order and delivery invoice. Countries have different rules and regulations around import duties and as these are sometimes only applied intermittently it is difficult for us to offer precise information around these possible charges, which are the purchaser’s responsibility, if levied.
Gift deliveries
Did you know you can send your gift directly to the recipient’s address?
You will be asked for your billing address (for invoicing purposes) and a delivery address where you would like the parcel sent. This means you can have us wrap, pack and send your gift directly, and that it will be sent without the invoice included.
If you would like us to gift wrap your selection, please select this option on the shopping basket checkout page.
We also offer a handwritten card service for gifts. To include a gift card with your parcel, select the gift wrap option and send us your message for the card along with your order confirmation number.
International customers please note: we are required to declare product values for international shipping, including gift orders.

Packaging
At Linden Leaves we love looking after the planet as much as we love looking after you!
We do not use polystyrene or plastic bubble wrap and all our delivery bags and boxes made from compostable or recyclable materials. Your products will be packed safely with pop starch – a better choice for our environment.
You can throw it directly on your compost heap, in the general rubbish, or you might like to reuse it.
Completely dissolvable in water, our pop starch does not release any chemical nasties or stick around for aeons after disposal.
