Your skin’s job is to protect you day and night from the elements of the outside world and part of this process involves the constant regeneration of cells. You might not be aware of it, but your body produces new skin cells nonstop around the clock. Sometimes old skin cells don’t slough off as well as they should, leading to dry skin, ingrown hair and breakouts.
Unfortunately, most men choose to wash their face with either a bit of water, or a plain old bar of soap. Although this is certainly enough to keep your skin clean, it’s not your best bet at keeping it healthy.
