“I’ve been an avid user of Linden Leaves body oil for over 10 years now. I’ve continued to use Linden Leaves throughout all three of my pregnancies, and am currently using it for my fourth. I love that the high quality oils keep my ever expanding belly supple and supports my skin’s elasticity. I haven’t yet gotten any stretch marks, and I truly believe taking consistent care and using the oils religiously helped with this”.

How should I use a body oil for pregnancy (or generally)?
The best way to use body oil is to massage a small about over your body straight after you shower, or step out of the bath. You can apply it to warm towel-dried skin, or even while your skin is still a little damp. Use around a tablespoon full and warm it between your hands, then smooth and massage all over your body. Depending on your height, skin type and how dry your skin is, you may need a litlte more or a little less. Whatever the case, you’ll find with a quality oil, a little goes a long way.
These oils are quickly and easily absorbed deep into the skin, plumping and smoothing the texture and leaving your skin looking healthy and radiant – without a sticky or slidey feeling. During pregnancy you can be a little more liberal and smooth an additional tablespoon over your beautiful bubba bump, to help keep the skin soft and supple.
Safe and natural for the whole family, you can use these nourishing oils on yourself during pregnancy and on your precious bundle once she or he arrives. Baby massage is a gorgeous way to connect with your new arrival when the time comes!
